Here are your instructions on which TV to use for streaming and how to set it up fast!

You will be receiving (or may already received) the URL for your store’s streaming. (A URL is a fancy name for “website address”) In the above video starting at the 5:39 timeline, it explains how to input that URL. Your URL must be typed in EXACTLY as you have it received from us. If your streaming doesn’t work after typing it in, 99% of the time it’s because you mis-typed in the URL.
If you’ve confirmed you typed it in exactly correct and still it’s not playing, email us your name, phone number, a description of your issue and best times to call including your time zone:
Miscellaneous Things To Know:
- Keep the volume off. There will be no sound coming from the looping video
- Let the TV loop the video – do not mess with it. You can turn it off at night but remember you will have to start it streaming the next day (which isn’t a big deal)
