- My TV stopped playing the video and the screen has froze
Solution: Almost always this happens because you have a weak wifi signal going to your TV for looping the video or your wifi signal was interrupted. The stronger and more reliable the wifi signal is, the less this will happen.
Check the settings in your TV to see the strength of the wifi signal if it’s average or poor, take action to boost the signal to your TV, otherwise, you may continue to encounter this often.

2. How do I get my TV to show the looping video if it froze due to poor or interrupted wifi signal?

3. Why won’t my looping video play after I put in the url?
Solution: Carefully double check you have entered every letter, number, and dash input correctly. If one of them is incorrect, your video will not stream because you don’t have it input correctly. Even having a dash or period in the wrong place can prevent your looping video from showing.
