2. How often can we change out sponsor ads?
A: Once per quarter
3. Why are there only four slots for sponsor ads?
A: Because there’s a sweet spot between having too many and too few ads. Too many sponsor ads takes away from educating your customers on what you stock and offer. Plus, too many “obvious” ads turn people off and they may resist watching the video. Too few sponsor ads makes you less money. Four is the sweet spot and could change to more in the future.
4. What if I’m having trouble getting sponsors?
A: Then you’re not following the guidelines in the Get Sponsors Fast tips page or the person in charge of getting sponsors isn’t making contact with them as he/she should.
5. Is the monthly streaming fee and one-time set up fee on a per-store basis?
A: Yes
6. Do you bill through Ace corporate?
A: Not at this time. Billing will be done via credit card.
7. Can I stop using this service at any time without penalty or paying cancellation fees?
A: Yes (But you won’t want to)
6. How long are sponsor ads?
A: 5 seconds each and reappear each time the video loops.
7. Will my sponsors show in other Ace Member’s videos?
A: No. Your sponsors will show only at your location. We are using sophisticated technology to make that happen.
